JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Title: Marketing Generalist Company: ETI Hours:
Monday Friday Between 7:30am and 5pm (flexible) Pay: \$58,500 to
\$60,000 Location: Fort Atkinson, WI - onsite Job Description: Each

for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives that
align with our corporate goals and enhance our brand presence for all
four companies. This role involves collaborating with various
departments, managing marketing campaigns, and driving customer
engagement through innovative marketing strategies. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive
marketing strategies to promote the company\'s brand and products.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify
opportunities and threats. Create and manage annual marketing plans and
budgets. Campaign Management: Plan and oversee multi-channel marketing
campaigns including digital, print, events, and social media. Coordinate
with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaign success.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future
campaigns. Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across
all marketing materials and channels. Develop and maintain brand
guidelines. Conduct regular brand audits to ensure brand integrity.
Content Development: Oversee the creation of engaging content for
various marketing channels, including website, social media, email, and
print. Able to produce high-quality marketing materials such as
brochures, videos, and presentations. Digital Marketing: Manage the
company\'s online presence, including website, social media, and email
marketing. Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the
effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. Relationship Management:
Collaborate with the sales director to align marketing efforts with
sales objectives. Represent the company at industry events and
conferences. Job Requirements: Associate or bachelor\'s degree in
marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 1+ years of
experience in marketing, with a focus on corporate marketing. Proven
track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
