Earn $22.44/hour.
A Family Based Case Manager (FBCM) provides treatment services to families, including skills training and education designed to enable families to care for their children with mental health needs at home. The FBCM maintains regular communication with families, schools, physicians, and other service providers involved with the child and family. The FBCM works flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of children and families on their assigned caseload and travels to client's homes, other agencies, and community locations for purpose of arranging and providing community and home-based services for children, adolescents, and families.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or a related discipline or a bachelor's degree with 12 credits in counseling or psychology.
A minimum of one year's experience working with children or adolescents.
A valid Pennsylvania Driver's license and access to reliable transportation is required.
