Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated & detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer reservations, providing exceptional customer support, & ensuring a smooth booking experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, & the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls & inquiries regarding reservations & services offered.
Assist customers in making, modifying, or canceling reservations.
Provide accurate information about products, services, & pricing.
Utilize computer systems to manage bookings & maintain up-to-date records.
Analyze customer needs & recommend appropriate services or packages.
Ensure high standards of phone etiquette while interacting with customers.
Collaborate with team members to resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Maintain a professional demeanor while providing exceptional service.

Skills
Fluency in English is required.
Previous experience in customer support is preferred.
Excellent phone etiquette & communication skills.
Proficient in using office software & reservation systems.
Ability to analyze customer requests & provide tailored solutions.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
