Operator Dry Plant/Loadout position at the Menomonie facility in
Menomonie, WI. The successful incumbent will have the following Key
Accountabilities: Complete and adhere to all MSHA and COVIA safety
training and policies. Must be able to use plant maintenance tools and
safely operate equipment including manlifts, forklifts, and skid steer,
haul truck and front-end loaders. Must have capacity to work in all
outdoor year-round weather conditions, inside unheated or uncooled
buildings, inside machinery, and in LAB/Loadout area. Must be able to
work from elevated worksites or man-lifts. Must be able to climb stairs
and ladders, and lift and carry 60-pound objects. Must be able to
startup/shutdown and operate Dry Plant machinery. Must be able to
collect daily samples and conduct necessary testing per Lab
