    Duties:

  • Assisting with HR project management, coordinating activities, obtaining resources, contacting vendors, and processing invoices and contracts
  • Performing data entry and coordinating calendars and meetings
  • Maintaining HR project records and employee files
  • Administering, tracking, and reporting on small projects within the HR department
  • Assisting with employee onboarding and orientation
  • Other duties as assigned

    Requirements:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in human resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with MS Office, Workday experience a plus
  • Willingness to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment
