Duties:
- Assisting with HR project management, coordinating activities, obtaining resources, contacting vendors, and processing invoices and contracts
- Performing data entry and coordinating calendars and meetings
- Maintaining HR project records and employee files
- Administering, tracking, and reporting on small projects within the HR department
- Assisting with employee onboarding and orientation
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 1-2 years’ experience in human resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with MS Office, Workday experience a plus
- Willingness to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment
