Job Description
American Greetings is recruiting for Customer Experience Specialists to join the team at our Creative Studios location in Westlake, Ohio. Associates are eligible to work in a flexible hybrid model, working both remotely and at Creative Studios on Tuesdays and Wednesdays each week, including but not limited to team meetings, cross functional meetings, and training.
This position is temporary and is expected to last from May - July. Paid training is provided with an hourly rate of $18.50. Our scheduled work hours are 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.
Representatives will be required to work at least two Saturdays out of the month with one off day during the work week.
This position is not benefits eligible but, will include 401k retirement eligibility.
The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for providing customer care through phone to members of all sites owned and operated by AGInteractive.
Customer Experience Specialist Job Duties:
* Responding to customer's inquiries via phone and email providing an excellent customer experience with every interaction
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to perform first contact resolution
* Resolving problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
* Fulfilling requests by clarifying information and completing transactions
* Ensuring that all details from any customer interaction are captured in American Greetings' database tools
* Keeping equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting any malfunctions in a timely manner
* Assisting customers with account maintenance and basic demonstrations of account functionality on mobile and desktop experiences
