The End User Device Technician is a highly-visible member of the IT team who is knowledgable of hardware and software support to end users of computers, printers, mobile devices and related peripherals at AU Health. Assists with life cycle technology refresh and net new technology provisioning and deployments of end user device technology in healthcare environment. Responsible for tagging technology equipment with asset tags, recording assets, imaging, updating, deploying and surplus of all AU Health end user technology. Daily work schedule and location may vary depending on the needs.



Vocational or technical training or degree: Information Technology and 1 years or more of experience in End User Device Support. Additional years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of minimum education requirement. Skills required: Communication to technical and nontechnical audiences (written and verbal); Technical knowledge software, hardware, network applications, desktop applications, Apple and Microsoft products; Time Management - adheres to deadlines; Customer Service; Ability to analyze, plan and resolve issues.



Associates Degree: Information Technology or related field. 3 years or more of experience in End User Device Support in Healthcare Environment. Certification(s) preferred: CompTIA A+, MCP, ACMT, ITIL.
