Our company is looking to hire a working foreman/project manager you'll have the crucial responsibility of overseeing daily construction activities, resource management & effective communication of project goals & timelines to our team.

Responsibilities:
- Organizing necessary equipment, labor, trucks, materials to ensure the work is completed according to project schedule.
- Perform duties of operator &/or laborer if required.
- Install septic systems.
- Install water lines.
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, & loaders.
- Collaborate with construction teams to complete projects on time & within budget.
- Provide detailed reports when required, review AIA billing.
- Adhere to all safety standards.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the construction industry with focus on supervisory roles.
- Focus on all phases of excavation, site preparation; including but not limited to:
- Earth moving & equipment operation.
- Sewer, water & drainage installation.
- Preparation for concrete foundation installation & blacktop application.
- Site Lay-out.
- Ability to read blueprints & site plans.
- Procurement of materials (within required specifications).
- Coordination with contractor & other subcontractors on sites.
- Septic system installation.
- Knowledge of how to read & interpret prints.
- OSHA 10, preferred OSHA 30
- Must be able to shoot grades using a transit.

Preferred:
- Hoisting license 2A & 1B & class A (CDL) driver's license.
