Reference: BH-372313 Supplier Quality Analyst (REMOTE) needed for a
contract opportunity with Yoh\'s client in York, PA. Pay Rate: \$31/hr
REMOTE What You\'ll Be Doing: Deliver Quality, Cost, and Timing - Lead
negotiation with suppliers and internal stakeholders to align on best
value for H-D in support of the organizations goals. Partner with
Engineering and Supplier Quality counterparts to ensure actions are
taken that match part level deliverables and APQP standards resulting in
an approved PPAP. Write Requests for Quotes, Purchase Requisitions,
Purchase Orders, and SAP Part Contracts to support project procurement
needs. Project/Supplier Management - Manage and align supplier critical
path plan to meet all project milestones. Drive on-time component
development with key stakeholders (Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing,
Program Management), advocating for supplier and Supply Management
required lead times. Responsible to escalate issues as they arise
throughout the part development process. Create and execute recovery
plans as needed. Manage Stakeholder Requirements - Manage and coordinate
internal and external stakeholder requirements throughout all Product
Development phases by using standard tools such as prints, SOWs, RFQs,
PRDs, PPAP Checklists, etc.. Key stakeholders include Suppliers,
Category Management, Engineering, Advanced Manufacturing, Program
Management, Packaging, Regulatory, Functional Safety, Quality, Supply
Chain, and Logistics. Required: Bachelor\'s Degree or 8 years of
relevant work experience Self Starter / Sense of Urgency Project
Management experience Workplace communication skills Works effectively
within a group and / or cross-functional team. Ability to assess the
