Contract Length: 185 Days

Qualifications:

• Preferred, but not required: secondary teaching license
• Supervise students in the Alternative Classroom setting in the high school building.
• Assist students with navigating online course materials and assignments.
• Monitor student progress and provide support as needed.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic success.
• Collaborate with parents, school staff and administration to address student needs and concerns.
• Uphold high expectations for student behavior and academic achievement.
• Implement strategies to motivate and engage at-risk students in their coursework.
• Provide guidance and support to students to help them achieve their academic goals.

Additionally, we hold regular Students of Concern meetings, fostering open communication to stay informed about students' individual needs.
