Schedule: 20 hours a week, 3 days on-site (hybrid options are available)

Responsibilities:
*Performs the basic and critical experimental work of day-to-day applied research.
*Work is predominantly execution/procedural oriented, e.g., in a lab, in a plant or pilot plant (internal or external), at a clinical site, with consumers, and/or on a computer.
*Assembles of samples/ prototypes, runs lab test routines, creates and updates specs based on standard information, executes changes of simple technical solutions.
*Possesses basic understanding of small and large scale, qualitative and quantitative consumer tests as well as standard technical tests following SOPs.
*Submits products for analytical testing.
*Support the product team to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
*Conduct customer and market research and document findings analytically.

Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree
*3-5 years related experience
