Job Description:
Are you ready to make an impact in our manufacturing process? Twin City Staffing is seeking individuals to join us as manufacturing specialists / machine operators in our powder mixing room in Blaine, MN. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in our operations by lifting buckets, measuring ingredients, operating machinery, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Hours: Monday - Thursday, 4 am – 2 pm

Location: Blaine, MN

Pay rate: $18- $22/hr.

Duties of the manufacturing specialist / machine operator:
Lifting buckets weighing up to 50 lbs
Measuring ingredients accurately on a scale
Mixing according to basic recipes
Operating sealers, baggers, circular saws, and other machinery
Handling small plastic parts, large plastic bags, foam, and making custom assemblies
Demonstrating manual dexterity and reading tape measure accurately
Always Ensuring adherence to safety protocols

Qualifications of the manufacturing specialist / machine operator:
Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for the entire shift
Mechanical aptitude, including experience with forklift operation
Experience with sealers, baggers, circular saws, and hand tools
Previous manufacturing experience
