Job Description

• Supports marketing, sales, and creative teams in the development and execution of promotional programs including brochures, sales sheets, direct mail, advertising, and web content.
• Performs basic research and prepare documents and other marketing materials.
• Provides logistical support through planning, scheduling and coordination.
• Helps with task administration, ensuring requests are submitted, tracked and shipped in a timely manner.
• Strong MS Word and PowerPoint skills required.
• Assists with or drives marketing projects as needed.
• Ensure the highest level of quality is achieved within deadline. Utilities experience preferred.

Additional Job description:

Other responsibilities:
• The resource will mainly be responsible for processing solar interconnection applications through different points in the process.
• They will be expected to follow standard work instructions.
• They may also be involved with data entry in Salesforce.
• Resources will also be corresponding with solar installers/company representatives and customers via Chatter or email.

Required Software/Skills:
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Salesforce would be helpful.
• SAP experience would be nice, however, not a big part of this position.
