This position is created for a certain individual that has exceptional customer service skills, high energy, great communication, and sales skills. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive and professional relationships with new and current residents. In this position you will be the face of The Residences at Water Square, providing you the potential to unlock unlimited earnings with our competitive commission structure.
Responsibilities:
- Foster positive relationships with current and potential residents
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract potential residents
- Showcase and highlight unique features and amenities of the community during tours
- Fielding general questions regarding rental units and property features
- Answering phones, greeting potential clients, and showing model apartments
- Assisting potential clients in completing rental applications and lease agreements
- Following up with guests who have toured the community
- Assisting in rent collections
- Clerical duties as required
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Excellent sales and marketing abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are required
- Candidates must have a valid drivers license
- Candidates must be able to work on weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must, at least a basic skill level, intermediate level preferred
