The bustling Hilton Boston Logan Airport is seeking a food and beverage manager to join their leadership team! Connected by a covered walkway to Boston Logan Airport terminals A and E, this 604-room property is only four miles from Downtown Boston and seven miles from Fenway Park.
In this role, you will oversee as many as 20 front of house and back of house team members and report to the Director of Food and Beverage. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous management or supervisory experience in food and beverage, either in a standalone restaurant or a hotel restaurant. Other asset attributes of this position include previous union experience (or union leadership experience) as well as banquet experience and the ability to speak Spanish!

What will I be doing?
As a Food and Beverage Manager, you would be responsible for assisting the leadership team in overseeing the functionality and safety of the resort to protect the well-being of all guests and team members in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service
- Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
- Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
- Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service
