Are you an individual who likes working with your hands? Looking to advance your career in manufacturing? Twin City Staffing can help! We’re hiring general labor workers to assist with window and door assembly. This general labor position offers a weekly paycheck, benefits, and room for advancement.
Location: Albertville, MN
Wage: $22/hr.
Hours: 5 am – 1:30 pm, Monday – Friday

Duties of the general labor worker:
Assembly of roof and floor trusses according to standard work
Perform plate picker functions
Perform outside stacker function
Use hand tools
Work safely
Other duties assigned
Physical demands of the general labor worker:
Carry, lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs.
Bend/squat repetitively
Ability to climb up and down on assembly table (approximate 3 feet elevation)
Stand for the majority of the day
Reach above head/shoulders
Production environment
Exposure to weather conditions
Requirements of the general labor worker:
Previous construction / building industry experience with tools and safety, and possibly some manufacturing experience.
Lift up to 100 lbs.
Must have own Steel Toed Boots, 20 oz straight claw hammer is preferred, 25 ft retractable tape measure.
Pass background check and drug screening.
Physical performance test
