As Vice President, you will lead product-led commercial growth for Workspace and cross-Workspace foundational products, including cross-app workflows, security, admin experience, search, and our developer ecosystem. Your leadership will involve collaborating with a global team to translate user needs and emerging tech into effective product strategies and drive adoption from large enterprises to consumers.

The US base salary for this full-time position is $550,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities

  • Define the product roadmap and strategy for Platform products, along with the target market and business goals.
  • Design a multi-year roadmap, balancing short and long-term goals and investments to scale globally.
  • Own cross-functional ownership of product development process from ideation through development and commercial launch.
  • Engage regularly as a trusted advisor with business leaders to understand their strategies, business processes, pain points, and priorities to inform product strategy, while providing transparency into roadmaps and managing expectations.
  • Analyze competitors and industry trends to advance our products and drive innovation.
