Serves as a Survey Technician, assigned to the Survey Function, Engineering Services Division, Engineering Department of the United States Section, International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC). Performs a wide variety of surveying assignments in support of operations and maintenance activities while stationed at USIBWC.
