All Saints, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Memory Care Wellness Coordinator to join our growing team.

All Saints Senior Living is located one mile off Highway 169 in Shakopee, Minnesota. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 84-unit, apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. All Saints provides stable leadership team and welcoming staff. Join our team today!

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm, Manger On Duty Rotation
Wage: $17.50-$22.50, depending on experience

In this position you will assist Community Life Director in the development, organization, coordination and implementation of comprehensive community life/wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each resident in a Memory Care Suite. Duties include:
Conduct, attend and participate in orientation, training, in-service education activities and staff meetings as assigned to maintain compliance in our Memory Care or Care Suites.
Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide a Community Life program daily including evenings and weekends.
Foster Family and Community support through the Community Program i.e. newsletters, networking, activities which bring family members and members of the community into the building.
Contribute to the community efforts to maintain and / or improve quality of life and quality of care by participating in the following:
Care conferences
QAPI
Other meetings as assigned by Community Life Director.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional experience in programming and management in a Memory Care Environment of at least 2 years
Either:
Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation or activities related field or
High School Diploma or equivalent.
