Position Description

Advertised Job Summary
The postdoc candidate is expected to perform research under the supervision of the Principal Investigator in the DDBS department within the College of Pharmacy.
The Postdoctoral Researcher will be responsible for the following duties and ensuring that all tasks are accomplished on time and to the highest standard:
• Chemically synthesize and purify potential anticancer drugs (80%).
• Collect, analyze data, and report experimental data (10%)
• Engage in shared duties including maintenance of instruments, lab safety and lab cleaning (5%).
• Prepare weekly progress reports, attend weekly group meetings and write manuscripts (5%).

Qualifications
The minimum qualification is a Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry
