PRIMARY CARE POSITION - WEST VALLEY

For this full time position, we seek candidates with the following qualifications:
Experienced as an NP in primary care
DEAwith prescriptive authority required
NP Designation with eligibility for AZ license
Provider who prefers adult patient populations
Patient focused, friendly and willing to work in a multidisciplinary team environment
