Location: Blaine, MN


Wage: $80,000-100,000/yr.


Hours: 6 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Thursday, Friday work overtime as needed

Duties of the quality manager:
Manage ISO-compliant calibration program
Handle and oversee PPAP processes
Support in recruiting and supervising the inspection team
Set up and utilize CMM machinery
Maintain and execute lot traceability procedures
Conduct inspections and handle NCR paperwork for non-compliant parts
Manage QA schedule and ensure timely completion of department tasks

Requirements of the quality manager:
Completion of relevant 4-year technical degree/program or equivalent experience
Applied GD&T and mechanical print reading skills.
Experience in an AS9102, TS16949, ISO9001, or ISO13485
Familiarity with designing, performing, and interpreting the results of GR&R studies
Familiar with process capability calculations and SPC charts
One or more relevant certifications from a professional organization
Candidates need to meet ITAR requirements as U.S. citizens
