What you’ll do:
- Support a portfolio of high-value accounts in partnership with a Strategic Sales Senior Account Executive, ensuring an exceptional post-sale experience.
- Educate clients on product configurations, best practices, and strategies to enhance performance and agent engagement.
- Analyze and share data-driven insights to support stakeholders during renewals and new orders.
- Manage and prioritize daily tasks, identifying key accounts for engagement to drive success.
- Maintain accurate records in enterprise systems like Salesforce and Focus Fire, ensuring up-to-date contact data and account activity.
- Address client inquiries and escalations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Stay informed about Realtor.com’s evolving products and services, ensuring customers receive the best possible support.
- Identify and escalate technical issues within internal platforms to drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to special projects, helping to refine and enhance account management processes.
How we work:
We balance creativity and innovation on a foundation of in-person collaboration. For most roles, our employees work three or more days in our offices, where they have the opportunity to collaborate in person, adding richness to our culture and knitting us closer together. This is a hybrid opportunity in our Scottsdale, AZ office.
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years of customer service experience, with a focus on key accounts preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility.
- Proficiency in enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Focus Fire, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry and a background in technical customer support is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required; in lieu of a degree, 6+ years of relevant experience.
