Position Summary:

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dynamic and driven Customer Service Representative to enhance our office team. Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with clients directly, preparing insurance quotes, managing transactions, and addressing inquiries both in person and electronically.
- Provide exceptional service, establishing positive rapport with clients.
- Continuously update knowledge on our insurance products to effectively assist clients.
- Contribute to marketing and sales initiatives.
- Perform administrative tasks as required.
- Pursue and maintain a Massachusetts property & casualty insurance license.

Qualifications:

- A high school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn about the insurance industry and professional growth.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in technology (Microsoft Office, online platforms, etc.).
- Prior customer service experience or insurance industry knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory.
