As a Program Manager, you'll work with a large cross-functional team focused on supporting our enterprise strategic plan. You are someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is invigorated by balancing multiple tasks in parallel, strives to meet high standards, and seeks to consistently raise the bar on both team interaction and project delivery to make an impact across the organization. In this role, you will take charge of overseeing, coordinating, and developing marketing and communication programs, ensuring their success and alignment with our objectives. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and developing various other initiatives across the organization. By doing so, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our overall success and make a meaningful impact within the company.
The Program Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient implementation of program initiatives focused on enhancing excellence in the workplace by partnering with departments, core leaders, executive and other team members region-wide to create, communicate, disseminate and evaluate programs and processes intended to reward, recognize and engage employees. The Program Manager performs a variety of cross program and project coordination activities and other duties that support the day-to-day performance of departmental operations. The Program Manager is expected to communicate effectively with key stakeholders and other program managers, while also managing the key milestones and expectations required of the connected projects. This is a highly visible role in the organization requiring a combination of program management, project management, event planning, technical and interpersonal skills to be successful. The Program Manager is responsible for engaging executive leadership and communicating progress on the recognition efforts as well as identifying additional opportunities to streamline the administrative process and be a good steward of resources. This role is also responsible for other special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, or related field. Or equivalent educ/experience
4 years in Program Management or leadership experience in healthcare facility
2 years Experience with program management or healthcare management.
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years Experience in healthcare marketing.
2 years Communication and Marketing experience.

About the Team
Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care. Collectively, our medical groups and affiliate practices are the third largest group in the country with over 11,000 providers, 900 clinics and 30,000 caregivers.
