TS/SCI Identity and Access Management Systems Engineer

An employer is looking for an Identity and Access Management Systems Engineer to sit in Arlington, VA. This candidate will be joining one other person to complete tasks from a day to day perspective. They will designing, developing and maintaining a comprehensive IDaaS solution based on the ForgeRock (Identity and access management) platform. This team is responsible for creating a single sign on (SSO) for various applications in the environment. They will be responsible for moving code from the test bed into production (AWS). Having experience with SAML and SSO is a hard must have for the role.

Active TSSCI and ability to obtain a CI Poly
BS in computer science or IT and 8+ years of experience. Add'l experience may be considered in lieu of degee.
IAT Level II Baseline Certification (e.g. CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP)
Knowledge of Identity and Access Management platforms like Forgerock but other platforms Cyberark, Sailpoint, Octa, AWS, and Onelogin are approved
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining IDaaS solutions like single sign-on (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Have experience in identity access management and governance, to include single sign on, identity federation, enterprise directory architecture and design, and resource provisioning
Experience installing, integrating and deploying Identity and Access Management platforms in client environments.

Prior experienced with DISA and DISAs support to mission partners
TS/SCI w/CI Poly Preferred
Experience with: Active Directory, Identity lifecycle, Oracle Identity Manager or other IDM platform, Federation protocols (SAML, OAUTH, OpenID) and zero trust principles.
