***VETERANS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY*** Responsibilities: - Regular maintenance (mopping, vacuuming, cleaning walls, handrails, surface doors, collecting garbage) of the following areas including but not limited to; Common areas in the mezzanine and lobby, offices, stairwells, elevator, and laundry room located on the basement floor. Side walk and the front of the building is clean and free of hazards (snow or ice). - Regular cleaning of the elevator. - Regular maintenance of all shared bathroom on the mezzanine, the lobby and the resident floors. - Maintain cleaning checklists. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent, required. - Able to work in multicultural and diverse environment. - Able to perform job responsibilities. - Able to speak, read, and write English. - Experience working with dependent persons.
