Responsibilities:
- Engaging Interactions: Forge meaningful connections with residents, staff, and family members through positive interactions.
- Companionship: Provide companionship and support to residents through recreational activities during daily visits.
- Life Skills Coaching: Utilize your experience or interest in caregiving to assist residents with activities of daily living, including medication reminders, personal hygiene, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily service logs and track progress towards residents' care plan goals.
- Meal Preparation: Prepare dinner for/with residents and adhere to dietary plans.
- Communication: Report any changes in residents' health or behavior to the supervisor.
