Overview The Associate Operations Laboratory Coordinator will provide
world class service and support for laboratory functions across
manufacturing sciences and quality control teams. In this highly
collaborative role, the Associate Operations Laboratory Coordinator will
assist in the management of laboratory spaces, equipment, and materials
required for daily activities across GMP and non-GMP laboratory spaces
for product support, pipeline, design transfer, and quality control.
Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to, the following: Assist
in coordinating laboratory operations for the manufacturing sciences,
product support, technical transfer, and quality control teams. Support
aspects of design transfer, such as, equipment sourcing, implementation,
training, and pilot and/or test method reagent manufacturing. Maintain
inventory of supplies and consumables, such as, raw materials,
intermediates, disposables, and spare parts. Procure equipment and
support metrology and validation teams during installation, calibration,
and qualification activities Author standard operating procedures
(SOPs), protocols, lab procedures, and other quality documentation
required for new or pre-existing equipment. Perform equipment
maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and coordinate vendor
service. Coordinate with other departments for equipment installation or
relocation. Support preparation of samples, formulate non-commercial
reagents, and assist with the production of assay controls. Monitor labs
for compliance with safety requirements and attend safety committee
meetings, as required. Perform daily work assignments accurately and in
a safe and timely manner. Ability to design basic experimental plans and
interpret technical data. Apply strong analytical and problem-solving
skills. Ability to effectively communicate with multi-level personnel as
well as outside vendors and their representatives. Ability to work
