SDR- International Market
What you’ll be doing
- Building the sales funnel by generating leads via personalized outreach to potential customers targeting international markets (ME, SEA, EU,Australia)
- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships
- Conducting cold calls, emails, and social outreach to target prospects using sales prospecting and automation tools as well as social channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook messenger etc)
- Completing communication sequences in line with the sales process including reach-outs and prompt follow-up communication to nurture leads and prospects
- Identifying new sales opportunities and potential growth areas
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and demos including the introduction of leads to their new point of contact
- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database
- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business
- Staying updated with product knowledge and industry trends
What you should have
- You have prior experience in a similar (international markets) role with a solid track record of sales via outbound calling and emailing
- You are comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM (eg. Salesforce, Hubspot)
- You have a proven track record in building good client relationships and meeting/exceeding sales targets
- You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- You are results-driven, tenacious, and a strong team player
Logistics
- Compensation: 15-20 lacs p.a. + sales incentives
- Minimum experience: 2+ years in a similar role (ideally with a software or services company)
