Model Home Host Job Description

Employment Requirements

• Be a self-starter, personable, professional, and love meeting new people
• Have a minimum of 3 consecutive days of weekday availability
• Be available for same day assignments and occasional weekends
• Complete a minimum of 64 assignment hours per calendar month
• Agree to use your personal smartphone device and agree to install company provided app

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid drivers license
• Excellent and prompt verbal and written communication skills
• Commit to a full 9-hour day without leaving the community
• Reliable transportation that will remain on property with you
• Agree to accept assignments within a 20-mile radius of your home
• Stand and or walk for 20+ minutes at a time including climbing stairs unassisted

Salary

• $10.00 Per Hour (Paid Bi-Weekly)

Duties

• Greet guests and share community information
• Register guests and document daily activities
• Answer phones
• Conduct tours of inventory homes
• Assist the Sales Associate with light office duties

Dress Code

• Ladies minimum: Blouses, Slacks, Dresses, Skirts, Dress Shoes
• Men minimum: Long Sleeve Dress Shirt and Tie, Slacks, Dress Shoes
• No visible tattoos or facial piercings
• Perfume, cologne or use of any tobacco products including e-cigarettes is prohibited
