Revenue Cycle Account Manager
Location: On-Site in Bedford, MA
This Role:
As an Account Manager at LogixHealth, you will work with internal teams to provide cutting edge solutions that will directly improve the healthcare industry. You’ll contribute to our fast-paced, collaborative environment and will bring your expertise to oversee and manage client accounts.
The ideal candidate will have strong technological skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and experience in third-party billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively assist practice administrators by providing guidance on current and future challenges
- Liaison with collection agencies
- Oversee AR, including review of monthly profile analysis reports and monthly executive summaries
- Collaborate with Follow Up/Teams Leads to ensure specific issues, projects or problems are being resolved
- Review letters of hardships and take appropriate action
- Present pertinent information in client meetings and maintain organized, up-to-date and complete client files

Required:
- Minimum of five (5) years third party billing experience
- Possesses strong computer skills, the ability to learn new and existing software and the ability to understand capabilities, limitations and integrations within the entire infrastructure of the company
- Proficiency with MS 365 including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
- Healthcare industry knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Client-facing experience
