ELM Homes is seeking self-motivated, compassionate, ambitious, fun loving staff to support individuals with developmental disabilities located in the North Mankato area. Experience working with challenging behaviors preferred. Variety of shifts available. All shifts include every other weekend, every other Friday.
Candidates should:
Be 18 or older
Be able to drive company vehicles/have valid drivers license
Have a clear background check/MVR
Be able to lift minimal 30 pounds
