Job Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems across 11 million square feet of office, retail, and lab space
Troubleshoot, service, install, and repair commercial HVAC systems such as water-source heat pumps, DX cooling, cooling towers, gas-fired hydronic systems, makeup air units, lab exhaust systems, and variable-frequency drives

Job Qualifications:

EPA recovery certification
Ability to work independently
Minimum of five years of experience
An excellent customer service attitude
Knowledge of ductwork design, sizing, and fundamentals
Refrigeration technician license is desirable, but not required
