POSITION SUMMARY

As the RTX Sales Project Manager, you will be at the forefront working with high-profile, forward-thinking fire departments that are embracing the modernization of their fleet with the RTX, our revolutionary electric fire truck.



Your role involves taking the lead on multiple RTX projects, ensuring efficient production, and supporting sales initiatives. You will collaborate with dealers, customers, and others within the Rosenbauer Group, with a focus on quality assurance and adaptability to meet organizational needs.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The scope and duties of a given position may change or be temporarily altered based on the business needs of Rosenbauer.

Drive sales project success by tracking and managing multiple sales projects to meet or exceed set timelines and sales targets.
Engage customers by initiating and maintaining effective communication with dealers and customers to gather specifications to ensure needs are met.
Collaborate with dealers and customers to create detailed truck specifications for the production process.
Work closely with colleagues within the Rosenbauer Group to ensure an efficient and seamless production and finishing process.
Generate change orders based on mid-point and final corrections to guarantee that the fire apparatus aligns with customer expectations and quality standards.
Optimize the process by continuously enhancing configuration software, forms, and processes to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
Support Sales by assisting the RTX Sales and Marketing Manager with product presentations, demos, and dealer network education on the RTX.
Proactively research and stay informed about industry trends and new products to inform sales strategies and stay competitive.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by management to meet the needs of the company.
