Genesis10 is seeking a Business Systems Analyst, Legal and Compliance for a contract with our client in Inver Grove Heights, MN



Summary:

Our client has an exciting opportunity in the Information Technology group. We are seeking an experienced level Business Systems Analyst to join our growing team and to support our Legal and Compliance Product organization, focusing on Enterprise and Integrated systems. You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, be detail oriented, possess strong analytical skills, be able to work both in a team environment and independently.



Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements for resolving issues, enhancements, and projects.
Formulate and configure applications to meet business requirements and execute solutions that help business units achieve their strategic objectives.
Test and track business requirements through implementation.
Analyze business strategy and user needs, document business processes, and translate business objectives into proper system requirement specifications for resolving issues, new enhancements, and new applications.
Formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding and available IT solutions.
Interpret existing applications and business processes in order to identify opportunities for improvement. Take ownership of support activities for current functionality, new enhancements, system and integration testing, and user acceptance testing of completed issues and enhancements.
Present technical solutions that enhance the value of our company's products and services.
Provide new us oner training on supported applications as requested.
Provide day to day support of IT processes and applications that support our Legal Operations and Corporate Compliance organizations.
Coordinate / collaborate on custom software development and implementation projects
Coordinate / collaborate SaaS software procurement and implementation projects
Documenting Business Requirements, Test Plans, Test Cases, and Training collateral



Candidate Musts:
Great Communication skills, working between teams and need to be confident and able to communicate effectively.
Works well with others, self-motivated, work with limited oversight
O365 tools, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel skills needed
Highly technical needs will be taught
Years of Exp: 3-5 years



Minimum Qualifications: (required)
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
2+ years of business systems analysis experience to include:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, and related applications



Additional Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology Management, or related field
Agile Project management experience and / or Scrum Certification
Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC)
Knowledge of Agriculture Business and Industry
Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics-365
Familiar with the AdobeSign application and processes
Experience with the DocuSign application and processes
Familiar with various ERP systems (e.g. SAP, JD Edwards, Great Plains, Dynamics AX)
