Job Description: |
Need 4 full time, temporary, seasonal Agricultural Equipment Operators to work in Goodridge.
From: 04/01/2024 - 12/01/2024 Work: 40 hrs./week, Mon.-Fri. 8 hrs./day Overtime possible. All hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at time and a half.

JOB DUTIES: Assist with all aspects of planting, raising, harvesting and hauling crops of corn, wheat, tall fescue, canola, soybeans, oats, and sunflowers. Perform yard maintenance and equipment maintenance, drive farm trucks, operate tractors and combines. Complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Able to perform work that requires extensive walking, pushing, pulling, and frequent stooping.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Three (3) months experience, able to lift 50 lbs., regular Class D driver's license, able to perform work that requires extensive walking, pushing, pulling, and frequent stooping. No HS Diploma/GED required.
EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
