    WORK SCHEDULE
  • 40 hours per week
  • Day Shift

    REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school graduation or equivalent
    OR
    Equivalent education/experience AND three years of experience in supply distribution or related department, including at least one year as a Unit Supply Technician I or equivalent.

    PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Verify incoming shipments for accuracy
    • Work with testing personnel to resolve order discrepancies
    • Utilize laboratory specific electronic supply chain technology to manage testing reagents and supply inventory
    • Work with Lab Medicine IT to identify and analyze data related to the improvement of electronic supply chain technology systems
    • Check and restock laboratory testing reagents and supplies on a regular schedule and as needed throughout the week
    • Participate in inventory analysis and assist with implementation of improvements in supply usage
    • Receive orders into the Purchase Path purchasing system
    • Assist with outbound shipments using appropriate shipping methodologies
    • Assist with training new Supply Chain staff
    • Perform related duties as required
    • Participate in special projects
    • Identify, collect, input and analyze data related to areas such as quality control and performance monitoring
