Job Description
We are looking for a Global Services Manager to manage and lead Global Services activities within Indonesia, including Finance & Reporting, Human Resources Operation & Payroll, General Administration and Management plus Facilities Management. This role will need you to shoulder and legally responsible as the local Company Director and Company Secretary for Danfoss Indonesia to ensure control of the legal entity conforming Danfoss group standards and local legislative requirements and to also act as a member of the IDSC Local Management Team (LMT)
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Ensure all legal compliance and statutory compliance for IDSC
Ensure the overall effective and efficient operations of the GS organization in IDSC, in a harmonious and respectful working environment with the Sales Divisions and Local Management Team
Full communications and understanding between GS staff and Sales Divisions and addressing any specific issues of the Sales Divisions with respect to GS Operations/responsibilities
Ensure accuracy and timely Financial Reporting to all stakeholders as required, plus support to Sales Divisions for their Finance reports and queries (IDSC)
Control GS Indirect Expense levels within agreed budget/target levels, as varied from time to time
Ensure high level of Creditor Payment on Time (POT) and liaise with the necessary GS staff, TCS and Sales Divisions to overcome obstacles as they arise
Ensure low level of Debtor overdue outstanding, with continued cooperation between GS Finance/Admin staff and Sales Operations staff
Maintain on-going accurate and efficient 3PL Logistics operations in cooperation with Danfoss Logistics staff, 3PL Management & Operations vendor plus Transport operations vendor
Proactively monitor, review, and follow up any queries, complaints or additional requirements with Sales Division staff or 3PL and Transport Vendors
Maintain full and accurate HR records and all financial records and systems in accordance with GS and Corporate requirements and local legal requirement.
Assist all staff and Management with general HR and Payroll activities (as agreed per HR SLAs)
Work with GS staff and Sales Divisions to integrate all required company policies, procedures, and processes into a local Intranet site, with links to corporate sites/policies.
Ensure all reporting and compliance in the Annual Management Account, Annual Statutory reporting, Corporate Tax, Indirect Tax (IDSC)
Responsible of doing the whole Company budgeting and ensure that Annual Return is file
Responsible to provide information required for preparation of tax computation to EY and audit information is provided to auditor on time. Involvement in the interim & annual audit meeting the deadline

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
Bachelor's degree in accountancy with Professional Qualification or another related Major
Minimum 10 years working in Management role with finance responsibility.
Exposure to Logistics, HR and General Administration, Finance, Company legal matters an advantage.
Analytical/strategic thinking, ability to identify problems and develop solutions.
Leadership ability in conjunction with structured Management capabilities.
Proven track record dealing with Key Customer Management
Ability to build strategic execution plans.
Strong communication skills in local and English language.
Ambitious and has a strong drive to succeed. Self-motivated team player who WANTS TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE
