JOB REQUIREMENTS: Lumicera Health Services Powered by Navitus Innovative
Specialty Pharmacy Solutions- Lumicera Health Services is defining the
\"new norm\" in specialty pharmacy to optimize patient well-being
through our core principles of transparency and stewardship. Here at

creativity and fosters diversity. Due to growth, we are adding this
Supervisor, Clinical Operations (RN) to our Clinical Services
department. We are unable to offer remote work to residents of Alaska,
Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota,
Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
Under general direction of the Manager, Clinical Services, the
Supervisor, Clinical Operations (RN) will be responsible for overseeing
the Clinical Operations RNs within the Specialty Pharmacy Clinical
Services Department. This role will work closely with Clinical Services
leadership to ensure staff are providing clinical and service excellence
for our patients utilizing Lumicera\'s Clinical Patient Management
Program while meeting company quality and service level goals. In
addition, the supervisor will assist in the development and execution of
new or existing clinical outreach programs to exceed client
expectations. This position is responsible for providing telephonic
education to patients and caregivers following the Clinical Protocols
and working within the nursing scope of practice and guidelines. This
individual will offer clinical intervention, counseling, and support
services, which require substantial knowledge, judgement and
professionalism based upon the foundation of nursing practice and
superior patient care. The Supervisor, Clinical Operations (RN) will
assist in compliance, adherence and persistency programing within the
specialty pharmacy. This position will also facilitate with manufacturer
and client partners as well as provider clinics and facilities to carry
out mutually agreed upon programs and protocols. Is this you? Find out

feedback. Oversee resolution of employee relations. Conduct hiring,
training and evaluation of staff. Develop, track and monitor employee\'s
compliance to quality, service, and production standards to meet
department goals. Produce, perform and maintain clinical program
material and services promoting patient care. This may include but is
not limited to development of clinical process documents, manufacturer
