Job Description:
The Food & Beverage division is expanding its Marketing Communications team with a newly created Global Marketing Communications Manager position. In this role, you will focus on developing strategic communications of product launches, enabling our regional marketing teams, and helping position our global product portfolios. You will collaborate with the other members of the global marketing team as well as collaborate with regional teams. The successful candidate will have strong excellent strategic skills, refined communications capabilities and a collaborative work style to effectively operate within a matrixed organization.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop integrated marketing communications plans to support program launches and collaborate on the regional rollout of the respective launches. (40%)
Plan and lead creation of sales toolkits and thought leadership campaigns for key portfolios.(20%)
Responsible for setting up and supporting customer journeys and lead generation campaigns (20%)
Cultivate and manage global internal communications channels. (15%)
Manage vendor partners including agencies, contractors and liaison with Ecolab corporate communications and division partners (5%)
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
7 years of professional experience or advanced degree with 5 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience setting brand leadership strategy and tactics
Managing communications efforts across multiple customer touchpoints and media channels - including print, email, digital
Ability to effectively manage large, complex projects in a matrix organization
Project management experience with scope definition, budget, quality, time, etc.
Leadership and managerial experience with vendor partners
Demonstrate B2B communications expertise with success marketing to companies and understanding how to effectively connect with and communicate to businesses
Demonstrate strong skills in critiquing, problem-solving and negotiating to ensure all communication elements fit strategy to create impactful messages and deliver against business objectives
Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
Strong verbal and written skills, along with high level of executive presence
Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills balanced with vision and creativity
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
