Marketing Coordinator Overview
Are you team-driven, creative, energetic and ready to join a growing company who values helping people realize their professional aspiration? We are Pepper Construction, a highly successful, established commercial construction company. We are a team that values fun as much as hard work, who gives back to our community and who is excited to add a new member to our marketing team. The right person for this role will bring a desire to showcase our brand in both digital and print with a creative eye and a fresh lens. With a couple of years' experience, we look for this talented professional to join our Marketing/Business Development team to assist in the coordination and creation of internal/external communications, proposals, promotional materials, and market positioning content.
And, did we mention we are moving into a newly renovated, historical building that oozes character and has been transformed to be a space that invites, invigorates, and is great for both the individual AND Mother Nature? This position gets to be part of the team that will call this cool new space home.
What does it take? Here are some things that we will be looking for:
2+ years of marketing, graphics, or technical writing experience
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a degree with demonstrated equivalent experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
Graphic design/layout experience preferred. Experience with infographic design a plus
AEC Marketing Experience is a plus
Video editing skills is a bonus
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Excellent team player with a positive attitude
Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced, deadline driven, team-oriented atmosphere
Understanding of the construction industry is a plus
