Thank you!******* Responsibilities: - Schedule appointments and manage the service calendar - Maintain and update maintenance records using computerized systems - Follow up with technicians to ensure all tasks and materials are included in the bill - Assist PM/Office manager in billing clients following completion of service - Actively engage with clients and potential new clients - Attend and participate in monthly staff meetings and company events - Contact new and existing clients to discuss needs - Identify prospective clients, lead generation, and conversion. - Answer questions regarding service plans - Negotiate prices, and terms, and prepare service agreements - Collaborate with colleagues in different departments - Maintain contact lists and follow up with clients to continue relationships -Provide exceptional customer service to clients Qualifications: Knowledge of HVAC procedures and terminology Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions, including internships.
