| Job Description | Through written and visual content, as well as possible in-person interactions, the Technology Transformation Specialist will serve as an ambassador for ITS by educating the University community on the effective use of available technology resources, with specific focus on the Microsoft Office 365 platform, secure data management, and generative AI tools like CoPilot and ChatGPT. The position will collaborate with departments across campus to develop, document and champion technology solutions that enhance productivity, facilitate collaboration and create new possibilities. |
