$66,752.48 - $77,292.35

Our integrated programs and services offer coordinated care to people of all ages in their homes, the community, and in our clinics. We strive for excellence in clinical care as we serve those living with mental illness, substance use disorders, crisis, unstable housing, and trauma. Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid.
Position Summary
Responsible for facilitating and providing individual, family, or group therapy to support substance use treatment. On an as needed basis, complete diagnostic assessments/initial and comprehensive evaluations.
Location: Oakdale, MN
Qualifications
Master's or doctorate degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or psychology
Licensed Mental Health Professional (must have LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensure)
Possess an LADC (Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor) certification
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a substance use treatment program/environment
Experience with Electronic Health Record systems
