Primary Duties:
- She serves as the right-hand person to the CEO and is the first point of contact.
- Acts as a "barometer," having a sense of the issues taking place and keeping the CEO updated.
- Supports all C-Level Executives on an as-needed and prioritized basis, including liaising with and guiding all newly hired Executive Management.
- Demonstrates leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support from senior management staff.
- Builds relationships crucial to the organization's success and manages various special projects, some of which may have organizational impacts.
- Provides a bridge for smooth communications between the CEO and internal departments.
- Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with C-Level Executives, staff members, manufacturers, advertising companies, vendors, and external partners.
- Proficiency in navigating a myriad of emails and traditional correspondence, as well as the skill to identify items that raise a "red flag" or require immediate action by the CEO and any other member of the Executive Team.
- Participates as an adjunct member of the Executive Management Team, assisting in scheduling and attending all meetings.
- Run and analyze reports for various departments and provide recommendations.
- Attend weekly management meetings and provide minutes for follow-up.
- Ongoing communication with GMs and Department Heads regarding business strategies, development, and construction coordination.
- Works closely with the Director of Development and PMs concerning all ongoing construction projects in Dade and Broward counties.
- Arranges complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas for travel-related meetings.
- Comfortable working in a male-dominated industry.
- Willingness to work on and off-site, including the CEO's home office.
- Desire and ability to accommodate all CEO requests.
Qualifications And Character Sketch:
- Minimum 5-7 years of related experience as a Senior Executive Assistant.
- Pleasant and professional appearance.
- Flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Strong work ethic, reliable, punctual, and honest.
- Practical and efficient.
- Positive attitude, team player, capable of working well with many professional individuals.
- Personable and polite, with excellent people skills.
