General Statement |
Montana State University-Northern (MSUN), invites applications for a full-time professional for our Library Services Manager position. The successful candidate will begin immediately and work onsite in the Vande Bogart Library, our university library, at our campus in Havre, Montana. Priority will be given to applications received on or before June 17, 2024. The Vande Bogart Library seeks a friendly and collaborative individual for the Library Services Manager position to join a team dedicated to fulfilling the core values of the institution in support of lifelong learning, collaboration, authenticity, and stewardship. The Library Services Manager position is key to providing and maintaining core library services and access to the university’s educational resources for all patrons of the library. This is a critical role in the administration and maintenance of the campus archives. The Library Services Manager reports to the Director of the Libary. The position is a full-time, 12-month position following the fiscal year calendar. The successful candidate will begin immediately. Early career librarians and professionals are encouraged to apply. Employee contributes 7.044% of gross pay and employer contributes 5.956% of gross pay. Immediate vesting. 5. Montana University System Tuition Waivers for Professional staff & dependents. Employees 3/4 time or more receive a waiver of tuition for any Montana University System. Or, after 4 months, their dependents are eligible for MUS Dependent Tuition Waiver Benefit and is 50% of the residential tuition. |
