Job Summary:

As a Commercial Service Plumber with 2 - 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in a variety of commercial settings. The ideal candidate will be proficient in troubleshooting plumbing issues, committed to safety standards, and capable of delivering high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair complex plumbing systems, including water supply lines, waste disposal systems, and related appliances and fixtures, ensuring compliance with codes and safety regulations.
Perform routine maintenance of plumbing systems in commercial buildings to prevent future problems and extend the life of the systems.
Install new plumbing systems and equipment according to specifications and code requirements.
Respond to emergency plumbing calls promptly to mitigate risks and damages.
Maintain detailed records of assignments and produce reports on tasks completed, time taken, and materials used.
Collaborate with construction teams, site managers, and other tradespeople to ensure plumbing needs are met and coordinated with other construction or renovation activities.
Provide excellent customer service, offering clear communication and professional advice to ensure client satisfaction.
Continuously update knowledge of the trade through participation in workshops, seminars, and relevant trade classes.
Adhere to all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required.

Qualifications:

2 - 3 years of experience in commercial plumbing services.
Proficient knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and plumbing standards.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Physically capable of performing the essential functions of the job, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
