Job Description

 
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer
needs specifications along with developing technical solutions that meet
those needs. Conduct customer reviews and presentations to provide
technical training to customers and sales team members. Preparation of
technical proposals, manufacturing process design, cost estimations, and
project timelines. Conduct feasibility studies and perform technical
analysis to evaluate the compatibility of products with customer
requirements. Provide technical support to customers during pre-sales
and post-sales stages, including troubleshooting, resolving technical
issues, and answering product-related questions. Collaborate with the
engineering team to identify opportunities for product improvement and
development based on customer feedback and market trends. Maintain
up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and
emerging technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations
to customers. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry
events to promote products and establish strong relationships with
customers. Continuously update and maintain technical documentation,
product manuals, and training materials for internal and external use.
Act as a liaison between customers and the engineering team, providing
input on product enhancements, customization requests, and improvement
opportunities. Ability to lead customer communications and negotiations
both pre-sale and post-sale. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND
QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering
technical presentations and training. Proven ability to understand
complex technical requirements and translate them into actionable
solutions. Familiarity within IATF 16949 manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in written and spoken English, with excellent communication
skills. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as
required to support customer engagements and attend industry events.
