Machine Operator, Chicopee

BOSS ProStaffing has partnered with a local manufacturer who is looking for a Machine Operator. This role will pay between 15 and 17 dollars per hour. This role requires a successful background and drug test.

Work independently
Work to completion of task.
Must meet production quotas
Must be able to be on your feet foe entire shift
Must be mechanically inclined
Must be able to work as part of team

This is a temp to hire role with a successful candidate being able to complete a task on their own and be generally a good employee, the intangibles matter!!!
